USA Shipping

All orders will be handled by United States Postal Service (USPS), and will have a tracking number. The orders will be shipped Monday through Friday.  If you placed an order over the weekend or holidays it will be processed the next business day.

Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days from order date.  For expedited orders that are received by 1:00 pm Eastern Time, they are guaranteed to ship the same day.

An email confirmation will be sent to you once the package has been shipped including the tracking number provided by USPS.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Michigan, USA. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. 

Each of our boxes is made of recycled cardboard and recycled paper as our primary filler. 

Once your package is in the care of the USPS, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that the USPS states that your package has been delivered to you yet you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office within 24 hours of said delivery.
We cannot refund you for a package that shows it was delivered to you according to tracking. It is your responsibility to follow up to locate your package. We will do everything is our control to help you with the recovery process but it is your responsibility to follow through with your local post office first for recover the missing package.

Priority Mail shipments are insured up to $100 dls at no additional charge. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available. If that is the case, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@linanailartsupplies.com before you place your order.

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense but will be a charge of $3.5 dls. Or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.

To protect you from credit card fraud, we may contact you to confirm your address if your shipping address is different from your billing address on the credit card used.

International Shipping

All customers are responsible for any and all customs duties fees that may be incurred by the country the package is being shipped to. Customs fees are issued at random and are different for every country so it is literally impossible for us to try and pre-pay these for you. Lina Nail Art Supplies is not held liable for any unclaimed packages or delivery delays due to additional fees.

It is important you know that we are required by Customs to mark packages with full retail prices on the packing slips, not sale prices as they do not reflect the full value of the product. During the holiday season, the Customs Department may experience a higher amount of packages coming in. Therefore, it is a possibility that your package may experience this type of additional delay due to your local Customs Department. Please wait at least 45 days before making a missing claim. To make a claim, please send an email to cs@linanailartsupplies.com with your Invoice # or Order # and indicate whether you want a reshipping or refund minus shipping costs

If your order is inputted using special characters there is a risk the package will not arrive. If you need help making sure how you can input your address, please contact Customer Service before you place your order.

The shipping time frame can take 15-30 business days to receive. Time varies according to the country. We request that you wait up to 5 - 6 weeks after the package leaves the United States for your package delivers.

We are unable to help when orders arrive in your country so please make sure you check with your local post office first and wait the allotted time before contacting us.

All time frames are average estimates and are subject to change according to any delays caused by the 3rd party shipping service provider. Lina Nail Art Supplies is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
